White Sox receive:
SS/2B Tommy Edman $9.7M (5)
1B/LF/RF Seth Brown $1M (3)
SS Eric Brown Jr. prospect

I accept. I can't even tell if this is a good deal anymore. It went thru so many iterations and doesn't even resemble the original trade offer, but we got it done...
I think players like Edman are pretty valuable, given the shortage of SS in this league and apparently my starting SS's ankle is made of fuckin rubble so it's good to get a backup. Edman also means I can move some of my INF depth for help elsewhere. I think the elder Brown can replicate a good amount of Santander's production. Hurts to give up Kopech but I should be able to weather it in 2023 at least. The younger Brown helps me continue to replenish the farm a bit.
