I don't know the NL teams as well as the AL ones so just going to do AL for now. Will try to do NL later on in the week. % is the percent chance that they'll make the playoffs next year.

Tigers - 72%
White Sox - 63%
Twins - 8%

Angels - 64%
Rangers - 55%
