He's a part of the draft pool, and there's nothing in the rules against it.

How is he a part of the draft pool if we wasn't drafted by an MLB team this year? This is the amateur draft. With that logic, we would start taking the top of the 2016 class with late 2015 picks and then next year's draft would be useless.

For the time being, we can draft any graduating high school senior, college junior or senior, college sophmore > 21yo, and any JC player (any player eligible for MLB draft this year). Which is ridiculous.

HS Juniors weren't eligible to be drafted in real life. Some good HS seniors do not get drafted b/c they're considered unsignable.

When did we pass this rule? That is ridiculous. Not to mention that it completely devalues future drafts.
Why on earth would we consider doing this?

It was basically Psych arguing that because he did it in the past and nobody caught him, that means we can all do it now.
