PHI- Reactionary selections (Beltran 16.1, Colon 5.2) deepen a thin roster with potential.
(B) The Phils have enough to rule the NL East and can do real damage if some big names can deliver.

MIA- Perhaps a little was left on the table here (Furbush 1, Dunn 0.9).
(C) Pretty good looking team but could use an arm upgrade or two.

ATL- Many needs addressed (Britton 18.5, Samardzija 12, Zimmerman 3.5, Chisenhall 1.3, Neshek 1, Gee 0.5) in a strong FA showing.
(A) A good collection of talent should make the Braves a competitive option in the NL East.

NYM- Why not take a shot on (Pagan 0.5, Howard 0.5) for dirt cheap, and took Holliday at 10.
(B) The Mets appear to have enough to be respectable, but need more to excel in the NL.

WAS- Bad one year deals (Hill 26.5, Bautista 15.7, Dickey 5.5) happen when you get bullied in FA.
(D) The Nats could hang around this year, but what is the plan?
