The Premise is simple, the likelihood of every team in here winning the championship in the 2018 season based on the cumulative 1-10 score of the following Criteria
-Current Lineup (1-10) -Current Rotation/Bullpen (1-10) -Cap (1-5) -Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm) (1-10) -Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself (1-10) -Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves (1-10) -Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst)
This is obviously subjective, so please don't get your feelings hurt if you're lower than you think you should be
*Tiebreakers go to the team with the higher combined lineup, rotation score. Then Cap.

30. COLORADO ROCKIES
-Current Lineup: There's nothing that could help him win other than Jason Heyward. 1/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: There's nothing that could help him win. 1/10
-Cap: Going into FA with 1 useful player and negative 26M is not going to help this team. 1/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): The farm isn't awful and he's acquired a few solid guys, but it's still nothing close to special. 4/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: There is no opportunity to win with this roster. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: Becks has done a solid job acquiring draft picks and prospects with what he started with. It's not going to matter, but he looks like he'll be a solid owner. 8/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The NL West is the 5th best division. 5/6
-Overall: Like I said, Becks has done well so far, but he won't see the results of that until an he's adult. 21/61

29. BOSTON RED SOX
-Current Lineup: Nick Ahmed and Max Muncy ain't gonna cut it. 1/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: As good as Oliver Drake is, he is not going to make this staff anything to behold. 1/10
-Cap: 2.3M eh. 1/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): I love Will's farm. If he gets a few early season call-ups he could steal a few cats and then move those guys for more prospects and so on and so forth. 9/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: Not this year. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: I love Will, but don't love the prospect obsession and it won't affect him this year, but I could see him being Sanders 2.0. 7/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The AL East is the 3rd best division. 3/6
-Overall: The spects are great, but that's pretty much it. 23/61

28. CLEVELAND INDIANS
-Current Lineup: A solid core in Nick Markakis and Robinson Cano is about all this lineup has to offer. Although it could steal a few rate categories throughout the year, it's not deep enough to provide any consistent winning. 2/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: Max Scherzer is so good that he makes this not a 1. 2/10
-Cap: I have no idea how Psych got this team to 32M in cap: 5/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): The Trevor Rogers and Braxton Davidson acquisitions make this farm not complete shit. 2/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: Psych is patient and knows it's gonna be a second with this team. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: It'd be a 10 if not for the Nationals trade on his way out, but still, CubCorp. 9/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The AL Central is the 2nd best division. 2/6
-Overall: It's better than where it was when Psych got Cleveland, but I have a feeling most of the offensive pieces are shipped before the season starts, for now though. 23/61

27. LOS ANGELES ANGELS
-Current Lineup: Max Scherzer on his own made the Indians rotation a 2/10, Rhys Hoskins almost does the same here. 1/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: R.I.P. Adam Morgan. 1/10
-Cap: just over 10M puts him above a 1. 2/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): I really love Johns farm. Especially Keston Hiura. I think to rebuild correctly in here you have to build a 120-150 man farm and John has done that well. 9/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: Not this year. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: I honestly haven't seen John make enough big moves to gauge what he'd do in a buyer's market. 7/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The AL West is the 4th best division. 4/6
-Overall: Patience is a virtue. 25/61

26. PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES
-Current Lineup: Amed Rosario will be very good one day, he is not good enough to carry a lineup. 1/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: Nothing of future or current value here. 1/10
-Cap: 11M solid enough. 2/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): Really solid deep farm. 9/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: The division will be bad, but not bad enough where he can have a chance early. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: I haven't loved any of his trades except for recently his trades with Colorado. 6/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The NL East is the 6th best division. 6/6
-Overall: I think out of the rebuilding teams, Phillies are the closest to winning a division because of the division they're in, but it'll still be a few years. 26/61

25. HOUSTON ASTROS
-Current Lineup: It's not complete, but in Correa, Bonifacio, Bregman, Bird there's a really solid young core there that will take categories from NL East competition, but it's still only four guys. 3/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: Being without Pineda for the year, the rotation is similar to the lineup in that it's core is great in Archer and Faria, unfortunately the lack of any other starting depth and no bullpen hurt their score here. 3/10
-Cap: 28M is a lot of cap. 4/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): The farm was hurt by the Correa trade, but there's still opportunity to nab a star or two if Malijah chooses so. 7/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: There is no opportunity to win with this roster: The division is too good for it to happen this year. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: Hated the Bundy trade, hated the Peacock trade, loved the Correa trade. 7/10
-Overall Division Ranking (1 being best, 6 being worst): The NL Central is the best division. 1/6
-Overall: I really like the franchise pieces with this team, if he was in the NL East I think I'd like him too win the division this year. 26/61

24. TORONTO BLUE JAYS
-Current Lineup: Devers is a stud, Odubel and Wong are fine secondary pieces, other than that this lineup is nothing specials with holes at 1B, SS, C, UTIL. 4/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: The starting rotation is actually kinda nice with Ohtani, Godley, Manaea, Ramirez, Gsellman rounding out the starting 5. The bullpen is solid with Barraclough and Givens, but the lack of depth hurts it's score. 6/10
-Cap: 16M. 3/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): Top heavy, but very nice. 8/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: I actually could see a scenario where Toronto is over .500 like 4 matchups in, but then gets scared and doesn't make any moves and comes in 4th in the division. 1/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: I don't think 3 way deals where nothing gets moved and year after year of stagnation is the way to GM. 3/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The AL East is the 3rd best division. 3/6
-Overall: If it was a different owner I could see this team being top 20-ish, but Sanders is scared and won't make the moves if the opportunity is there. 28/61

23. ST. LOUIS CARDINALS
-Current Lineup: The OF is solid with Harper, Mallex Smith, Almora, but after that there's not a ton to like about this lineup. Matt Olson coming off a Bonds type of Slug% season should be interesting and if Marte gets the playing time he could be a solid steals option, but there's still too many holes. 5/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: Another staff that's similar to their lineup, Stroman and Arrieta are great, but no saves option and no solid No.3 SP hurts this team. 5/10
-Cap: 16M. 3/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): There's a lot of solid guys in this farm, and there's guys I like way more than public consensus (Sosa, Rogers, Matijevic). 7/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: Harper could carry his way too some cats early and I could see Matt with one year left of Harper going all-in, but the division he's in isn't going to make that easy. 4/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: I think Matt has made solid moves for the most part. 8/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The NL Central is the best division. 1/6
-Overall: Another team that if they were in the NL East I'd like their chances much more, but they're not. 33/61

22. MILWAUKEE BREWERS
-Current Lineup: Paul Goldschmidt and Daniel Murphy are absolute studs and Desmond, Schebler, Rosario are great OF Pieces, but the rest of the lineup isn't great. The depth is extremely solid and bumps this lineup up a score. 7/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: The rotation goes almost 10 deep, but the highest upside starter is Miguel Castro. I think Bridwell and Miranda are huge regression candidates and the bullpen has no one that's a must roster guy. Should win Wins and Strikeouts most weeks. 5/10
-Cap: 6M. 1/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): Its a farm with a lot of organizational filler, but there's a few movable upside names. 5/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: When you have a lineup with superstars like Murphy and Goldschmidt if there's an opportunity to go all-in he has to take it. 7/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: Eh. 7/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): the NL Central is the best division. 1/6
-Overall: This is the lowest team that I could see actually making a run, the rotation just isn't there, but there's movable pieces that could help this team if they wanna make a run at PIT, CHC, and CIN. 33/61

21. DETROIT TIGERS
-Current Lineup: The outfield is very deep with Shin-Soo Choo, Lewis Brinson, Brett Gardner, and George Springer all being good to great outfield pieces. A very different story with the infield in having Castellanos, Reyes (both 3B) and Story as the only useful players in that infield. 6/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: The rotation is old, but has potential aces in Zack Greinke and Johnny Cueto to go along with really solid No.3 type SPs in Dylan Bundy and Kenta Maeda. If Marco Estrada or Adam Wainwright can bounce back this has the potential to be one of the best starting rotations in the AL. The bullpens lone potential closing option in Cam Bedrosian is stuck in the Angels murky closing situation. That rotation is strong though. 8/10
-Cap: With the lineup holes 2M isn't going to help this team. 1/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): A lot of great IF pieces in this farm, the pitching isn't great, but if he wanted to blow up the farm he could get some great lineup help. 8/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: If he was more active this would have been a higher score. 6/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: If he was more active this would have been a higher score. 6/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The AL Central is the 2nd best division. 2/6
-Overall: There's a lot of good things about this team, they just all happen to be at the same place and I don't know if Alex is active enough to make the moves to help this team this year. This could be a fun win-now team for a new owner. 37/61

20. MIAMI MARLINS
-Current Lineup: The corner infield depth go from great to useful in Jose Ramirez, Maikel Franco, Chris Davis, and C.J. Cron. With just one rostered outfielder in Kevin Pillar and the catching option being below average at best in Travis D'arnaud the lineup isn't great. 4/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: The young core of Jose Berrios and Lucas Giolito has huge potential, but with no great relievers and the number 3 starter being either Seth Lugo or Chris Tillman, there's not a ton to like about this pitching staff. 4/10
-Cap: 13M could fill a few of the depth needs with this team. 2/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): Lotta organizational filler helped by a few potential studs. 7/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: I think Kevin should rebuild, I also think that this division is so bad that a run could be made if that's the direction Kevin wants to go in. 7/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: I haven't had an opinion one way or the other on most of the moves Kevin's made. 8/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The NL East is the worst division. 6/6
-Overall: I do not think this is a top 20 team in the league by the time the season starts. I also think right now if FA goes badly for Bryan and Jack and if injuries continue to hurt Wood that this team could make a run for this awful, awful division. 38/61

19. LOS ANGELES DODGERS
-Current Lineup: This lineup is secretly decent. Chance Sisco has a chance to be a 20 HR catcher. I don't love Jesus Aguilar, but Whit Merrifield, Dansby Swanson, and Jeimer Candelario round up a nice young high upside infield. The outfield has that same high upside potential in David Dahl and Stephen Piscotty in the corner outfield spots. UTIL and CF are a bit of a question mark with Jacoby Ellsbury and Brandon Nimmo as below average options, but overall it's a really solid lineup. 7/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: After a rough end to last season, Lance Mccullers is the ace and really the only starting pitcher that is a must roster every week. Zack Wheeler can't stay healthy and guys like Rafael Montero Eddie Butler are barely playable in the best of matchups. The bullpen has nice holds guys in Kirby Yates and J.J. Hoover, but with no saves options the result is a below average staff. 3/10
-Cap: 35M can fill a lot of those pitching holes and even get a solid UTIL guy to round out that lineup. 5/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): Nate left him a nice farm. 8/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: I think the division isn't great, but SD and SF and ARIZ will still be too much for him to have a great chance to go all-in this year. However I could see the lineup being great early and Jake making some moves to get pitching help. 5/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: It's not great to have three trades vetoed in your first two weeks here. 5/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The NL West is the 5th best division. 5/6
-Overall: I think next year if everything goes right, with SF and ARIZ likely rebuilding after this year, this team could be the NL West favorite, but not quite yet. 38/61

18. KANSAS CITY ROYALS
-Current Lineup: This lineup is balanced with power (Aaron Judge), good rate guys (Willson Contreras, Josh Bell, Nick Williams), and speed (Yoan Moncada, Byron Buxton). Unfortunately the depth isn't great and will need a big step from Moncada to be in the top half of offenses in this league. 7/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: Eduardo Rodriguez, Vincent Velasquez, and Steven Matz are a fine 1-3 SP combo. After that there's a guy with eight career starts and a knuckleballer on his way to prison. The bullpen is fine with a great saves option in Greg Holland and a high upside holds option in Koda Glover. Once again depth is the big issue here. 5/10
-Cap: Can't fix depth issues with 2M. 1/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): I love Brandon's farm. It's not too the level of Yankees, Angels, or Red Sox. But it's definitely in the top half of the league. 8/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: Brandon has been patient and I think he'll stay that way and continue to play for 2019. Although I could see him going in if the lineup progresses in the way it could. 6/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: Although I liked his team earlier in the offseason more than I do now, Brandon has done a really good job making moves to build this team up. 9/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst): The AL Central is the 2nd best division. 2/6
-Overall: I think this team wins the AL at least twice in the next five years, I don't think this year is one of those years. 38/61

17. NEW YORK METS
-Current Lineup: When Jackie Bradley is on this is probably a top 3 outfield in here. Michael Conforto and Mookie Betts could be two top five corner outfielders in here. The infield is really solid too with high floor players in Ian Kinsler, Didi Gregorious, Mitch Moreland, and Hanley Ramirez. The one hole may be catching with James McCann not having enough playing time to be the top end catcher he could be. Other than that this is a really good complete lineup. 8/10
-Current Rotation/Bullpen: Although Jack may argue this, Kevin Gausman isn't very good and when he's your best starter your rotation isn't going to be great (ask the Orioles). The bullpen relies on Kenyan Middleton being the Angels closer next year to have any reliable closing option. Tyler Clippard and Jeremy Jeffress are the only holds options in this bullpen. 3/10
-Cap: Easy to fix a pitching staff with over 50M. 5/5
-Non MLB trade-able assets (Farm): There's nothing other than Billy Mckinney of interest here. 1/10
-Likelihood of opportunity to go all in and likelihood of owner doing so if the opportunity presents itself: If Jack doesn't go all in with that lineup, that cap, and that division I'd be shocked. 9/10
-Confidence in owners ability to make correct moves: Jack makes a lot of waiver claims and small cap trades, but the big trades haven't gone great for him (Harper trade). 7/10
-Overall Division Ranking 1-6 (1 being best division, 6 being worst):The NL East is the worst division. 6/6
-Overall: This is the best chance Jack will have at a title run, that division is awful and with all that cap he should be able to get that rotation an ace and a number 2 SP along with a closer. If he does that this could be the Mets year in this division. 39/61

#21? GTFO. Weighing your subjective opinions (likelihood of owner to go all in / confidence in owner) as 20 points makes no sense, these rankings should depend on the actual players on each team as by far the most important criteria. Los Tigres will be gunning for you in 2018 JT - sleep with one eye open
