WEEK 3 REVIEWS:
Baltimore Orioles (-11.5) defeat Boston Red Sox 11-2-1
Boston takes two categories thanks to big a big week from Adeiny Hechavarria. MORE REBUILDERS SET LINEUPS TO MAKE IT FUN
Kansas City Royals (-5.5) defeat Toronto Blue Jays 8-5-1
This was shaping up too be a blow out before Devers came alive mid week. Natty's won 2 in a row after a bad loss to Detroit to start the year.
Seattle Mariners (-14) defeat Los Angeles Angels 11-3
Kinda disappointing to only have a half game lead if you're Dave early in the season considering he's now played John twice and doesn't get him again this season.
Houston Astros (+3.5) defeat Minnesota Twins 7-6-1
A huge win for Elijah as he beats the team that had the best record in here coming into this week. Despite the very hard schedule to start the season Elijahs gotten out of it in a not terrible position.
Detroit Tigers (-1) defeat New York Mets 11-2-1
Damn, after a bad hitting week last week for Alex he rebounds like crazy with a .304/.390/.538 slash line for the week to go with an amazing pitching performance from Johnny Cueto.
New York Yankees (-5.5) defeat Miami Marlins 12-2
After a solid first two weeks Miami's ragtag squad gets destroyed by Justin's lineup and moreso his rotation.
OAKLAND ATHLETICS (+2.5) DEFEAT CHICAGO WHITE SOX 10-4
OAKINC WERE ALL BEHIND YOU
WAVE HIGH THE YELLOW N' GOLD
FOR THERE IS NOTHING HALF SO GLORIOUS
AS TO SEE OAKINC VICTORIOUS
WEVE GOT THE TEAM BOYS
WEVE GOT THE STEAM BOYS
SO KEEP ON FIGHTING DONT GIVE IN
O-A-K-L-A-N-D
OAKINC WILL WIN
LETS FUCKING GO. NOLA TWO START WEEK? WHO CARES? SEVERINO TWO START WEEK? WHO CARES? BULLSHIT JACKIE BRADLEY GOING OFF WEEK? DOESNT MATTER CAUSE OAKINC WHOOOOOPED YA'LLS AL CHAMPS LETS GOOOOOOOOOOO JED LOWRIE IS THE MATCHUP MVP FOR ALL GAMES HE PUT THE SQA ON HIS BACK. 26 IP 3 ER FROM RYU AND TEHERAN AFTER YALL SAID THEY WERENT BETTER THAN ANDRUS AND LAMB WHOM THEY WERE TRADED FOR. HOW ARE ANDRUS AND LAMB DOING NOW??? ONTO COLORADO ONTO THE AL WEST CHAMPS ONTO GMOTY LETSS GOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Tampa Bay Rays (-5.5) defeat Cleveland Indians 7-5-2
It's going to be hard to beat psych in ratios with the way Patrick Corbin is pitching and Joe Mauer is hitting. For what it's worth it's not great to not get a single steal after trading for Billy Hamilton who's only usefulness is steals.
Texas Rangers (+4.5) defeat San Francisco Giants 10-4
I am so proud of my division
Arizona Diamondbacks (+3) defeat Chicago Cubs 7-5-2
I get that the Cubs have Trout and Turner, but their yet to win a matchup and are putting themselves behind a pretty big eightball given the talent of the division they're in.
Atlanta Braves (+6) defeat Washington Nationals 6-5-3
After a rough first two weeks, Wood comes back with a solid win this week and proved that he can still contend in a very bad NL East. 11 Homers in a week is incredible.
Cincinnati Reds (-3.5) defeat Milwaukee Breweres 7-6-1
I don't get why Cody isn't making moves to help his lineup when he has a championship contending roster. His lineup hit .154/.316/.260 this week and he has nobody at 3B or 2B.
San Diego Padres (-14) defeat Colorado Rockies 12-0-2
Get a new Rockies please
Los Angeles Dodgers (-11) defeat Philadelphia Phillies 11-3
Dodgers had a nice week hitting, but Andujar and Rosario going off take 3 categories from Jake.
Pittsburgh Pirates (+0.5) defeat St. Louis Cardinals 9-4-1
This was really close until Nolan Arenado came back mid-week. A big Bryce Harper week probably flips it the other way in Matt's favor.
WEEK 4 PREVIEWS
Baltimore Orioles (32-7-3) Vs. Los Angeles Angels (3-37-2)
The Line: Orioles -12.5
The best team in here vs. Rhys Hoskins
Chicago White Sox (17-25) Vs. Washington Nationals (22-17-3)
The Line: White Sox -3.5
The White Sox lineup is a bit banged up, but Stanton should get hot soon. Both teams looking to pick up their second win of the young season. Even with the injuries I think the White Sox lineup is a fair amount better as is the pitching.
Cincinnati Reds (27-12-3) Vs. San Francisco Giants (17-23-2)
The Line: Giants -3.5
This Giants team is very due for a huge week and I think it comes against a team that is similar, but worse in most areas Reds team.
Cleveland Indians (14-22-6) Vs. Kansas City Royals (18-18-6)
The Line: Royals -6.5
I think Psychs luck with rate stats starts to die down with losing Mauer and Judge has a monster week to give Brandon a big win.
Detroit Tigers (28-8-6) Vs. Minnesota Twins (33-8-1)
The Line: Twins -4
The Tigers team is lowkey really solid and the pitching with Lester, Bundy, Greinke, and Cueto off to the starts they've had could keep this one close.
Miami Marlins (18-21-3) Vs. Chicago Cubs (16-22-4)
The Line: Cubs -9.5
I keep thinking the Cubs are going to have a huge week and they haven't yet. The lineup is still great and I think the breakout starts this week.
New York Mets (23-17-2) Vs. Milwaukee Brewers (14-25-3)
The Line: Mets-2.5
These are practically the same team except Jack has slightly better pitching and that isn't saying much.
New York Yankees (20-20-2) Vs. Tampa Bay Rays (27-12-3)
The Line: Yankees -2.5
The Rays stink and the Yankees are due for a huge week.
Oakland Athletics (28-12-2) Vs. Colorado Rockies (0-39-3)
The Line: Athletics -13
I've played Texas, White Sox, Angels. Forbz has played Indians, Red Sox, Blue Jays. I have a better record than Forbz. Forbz says my team makes him throw up. my venmo is Bravos James so you don't forget forbzy.
Philadelphia Phillies (4-36-2) Vs. Atlanta Braves (12-25-5)
The Line: Braves -8
Andujar and Rosario can easily take a few categories, but a dominant win here would be big for Wood when it comes to to trying to win his division.
Pittsburgh Pirates (24-16-2) Vs. Arizona Diamondbacks (20-17-5)
The Line: Pirates -2
These are two very good teams, I think Calebs lineup is just a bit better, but wouldn't be surprised either way.
San Diego Padres (29-10-3) Vs. Los Angeles Dodgers (23-16-3)
The Line: Padres -4.5
The Dodgers have been off to a solid start and if recent call-up David Dahl has a big week he could make this one close by himself. I think Noahs pitching is just way too good for Jake to pick up any wins there though.
Seattle Mariners (28-10-4) Vs. Texas Rangers (22-17-3)
The Line: Mariners -2
I think that this one is very close and that Bills team was underrrated coming into the season and in a two start week for Carlos Carrasco and how well his bullpens been doing a pitching sweep could be on the horizon. I think Dave's lineup is a fair amount better, but like I said I expect it to be close.
St. Louis Cardinals (29-10-3) Vs. Boston Red Sox (2-38-2)
The Line: Cardinals -13
Can Adeiny Hechavarria stay hot?
Toronto Blue Jays (17-22-3) Vs. Houston Astros (17-22-3)
The Line: Astros -6
These teams have the exact same record, but one is muchhhhh better than the other. I don't think this one is very close at all unless Ohtani pulls another amazing week out of his ass.
