For rostering and making active both sides of a single trade (Jedd Gyorko and Adam Cimber) in week 11, Oakland faces a 0-14 penalty for the week. Cincinnati wins 14-0. This was originally a 5-8-1 loss for Cincy. This is a forfeit of both sides, as both were affected by this illegal half-completed transaction.
The A's also face a two week transaction ban starting now. His pending trade may still be processed. He cannot trade, sign a FA, or add a waiver claim until week 14.
For illegally adding Brock Holt, Detroit loses the offensive category he won against Astros in week. For clarification's sake, because people love that shit, it is a forfeit of SB's that Detroit won, not a zero-ing out of SB's which would have made it a tie. This makes the matchup a 8-6 win for Houston.

In the future, all penalties will be handled privately, as will all penalty "complaints". We expect this to be a non-issue moving forward.
We pride ourselves on running this league democratically, and not in the fucked up American sense. We want everyone to feel as though they have a voice in how this league is operated, and everyone's opinions are considered when rule changes are made. Sometimes it makes decisions take longer to come together, but I think it leaves us with a happier league. However, this collective opinion is dangerous when it comes to roster penalties. It has led to a lot of hostility and a lack of fun in the group chat. As a result, all infractions will be reported to us via PM (if we don't see them), and all penalties will also be handled privately. If you choose to continuously disrupt the chat with complaints, you may be subject to penalties yourself. But enough with the penalties - please be careful about the rules so we don't have to continuously worry about this, it's the worst part of this league currently.
Going along with what I said about collective decision making, Brandon has the same authority as I do, and we make decisions together. Just want to be sure that is clear. Thank you.
