These are my predicitions for the 2012 First Year Player Draft in our Ondeck league. Please leave comments on what you think is wrong and what could possibly actually happen. Also there are like 4-5 picks I think will end up getting traded. Ondeck Circle 2012 First Year Player Draft Predicition | Pick Number | Team | Player | Reason | Pick Number 1 | Pittsburgh Pirates | Byron Buxton | The Pirates only need outfielders and also they need the player with the best potential and Buxton fits the bill. | Pick Number 2 | Cleveland Indians | Carlos Correa | There current SS is Hanley Ramirez but after this year he will lose the that position and will only be able to play 3B. So with SS needing to be filled I think they take a young player with Alex Rodriguez potential. | Pick Number 3 | Pittsburgh Pirates | Kyle Zimmer | If they needed a catcher they would take Zunino with out a doubt but I believe they will go with Zimmer with the 3rd overall pick. | Pick Number 4 | San Diego Padres | Kevin Gausman | This was a hard team to predict but I dont see them taking the catcher Zunino here because there current offense is not bad and there rotation is a lot of questions that I think Gausman will fix. | Pick Number 5 | Kansas City Royals | Mike Zunino | Albert Almora is the other player I seen Royals taking but I dont see them wanting to keep Perez and they will probably take Zunino over Almora is my guess. | Pick Number 6 | Pittsburgh Pirates | Mark Appel | I don't see how the Pirates will pass up the chance to take Appel with this pick. This pick would change there team for quite a while. | Pick Number 7 | Toronto Blue Jays | Albert Almora | With the Jays needing outfielder help more than pitching I believe they will pass the chance of taking Fried here and snagging Almora. | Pick Number 8 | San Francisco Giants | Max Fried | This team needs alot of help and I think there going to try and take one of the best players out there which to me will be Fried. | Pick Number 9 | New York Mets | Addison Russell | This team dont really have many holes at the major league level but I believe there just waiting for a replacement for Jeter and what better replacement than Russell. | Pick Number 10 | Miami Marlins | Andrew Heaney | I doubt that the Marlins end up keeping this pick and picking for themselfves but if they do the will most likely take Heaney who could help out there rotation. | Pick Number 11 | Chicago Cubs | David Dahl | Dahl has some raw talent that the Cubs need badly since there mlb team is not top of the line they will need to take the best player left and right now its Dahl. | Pick Number 12 | Atlanta Braves | Gavin Cecchini | If they need outfielders they would go with Hawkins I would assume but since there outfield is the best thing on there team all signs point to Gavin with this pick. | Pick Number 13 | San Francisco Giants | Courtney Hawkins | Take pitching with first pick why not take the best offensive player left which would be Hawkins. | Pick Number 14 | Atlanta Braves | Nick Travieso | This team needs the best players avaible they have so many holes on the team Travieso is being compared to Cain. So dont see how they will not take him with this pick. | Pick Number 15 | St. Louis Cardinals | Lucas Giolito | Pitching is a strength for this team and Lucas being one of the best players at offense they will go with him here. | Pick Number 16 | Pittsburgh Pirates | DJ Davis | Being compared to Tulo and Arod is a great comparison and the Pirates taking 2 pitchers out of the 3 picks they had all signs put to Davis here. | Pick Number 17 | LA Angels | Tyler Naquin | Pretty solid overall team I think they just take a player they like the most here if they do not trade the pick. | Pick Number 18 | LA Dodgers | Corey Seager | With a solid rotation and all there is left is starters and Seager they will most likely take Seager over the starters here. | Pick Number 19 | Seattle Mariners | Chris Stratton | This team is looking for help anywhre and Stratton is a solid starter being compared to Hudson. | Pick Number 20 | Pittsburgh Pirates | Devin Marrero | I see them reaching to take Devin here mainly because none of the starters are really that great and Marrero is one of the best offensive players left. | Pick Number 21 | Chicago Cubs | Mike Wacha | After taking a power bat with there first pick they should go with Wacha here. | Pick Number 22 | Houston Astros | Marcus Stromen | Another solid team that should take the best player out there which is Stromen | Pick Number 23 | Chicago Cubs | Richie Shaffer | Needs anything they can get and Shaffer is a very talented player who could be a great player. | Pick Number 24 | KC Royals | Stryker Trahan | Yes they will take 2 catchers if someone is being compared to Posey why would you not take him. | Pick Number 25 | Pittsburgh Pirates | Joey Gallo | This is there risk/reward pick he could be the best in draft or a bust. | Pick Number 26 | San Francisco Giants | Ty Hensley | Being compared to Josh Beckett dont think Giants will pass up Ty with this pick. | Pick Number 27 | Chicago Cubs | Brian Johnson | I dont think they can help but take Johnson once again because of who he is compared to at this rate of the draft I think players with best potential will be gone. | Pick Number 28 | Texas Rangers | Lewis Brinson | Brinson is a great speedster which would help Rangers in the future. | Pick Number 29 | Minnesota Twins | Zach Efflin | Pitching,Pitching,Pitching thats what the Twins need and that is what they will go with. | Pick Number 30 | Arizona Diamondbacks | Clint Coulter | With Mauer as there current catcher he will probably get enough time to play 1B to be eligible for it and that is the reason why they will take Clint to finish out at the first round. |

I would definitely have to say that you probably predicted the correct position for me. But if you look back at last year's draft you will see that is all I took

you should use the logos of the teams instead of just there names, but seen you said something about this so wanted to bump it to give you idea of what you could do and just revamp it a little.
