For illegally rostering MiLB players that were never called up to his 40 man roster and for being over cap for numerous days, the Diamondbacks will get a 0-14 penalty for the week. They will also lose their 2019 1st round Rule V draft pick (ARZ) and their 2nd round Rule V draft pick (ARZ) as per the rules.
If they do not get under the cap by Saturday morning they will lose additional Rule V picks or draft picks.
