Given the constraints of this year, salary thresholds were prorated based on the smaller season. Since 60 games were played, which is roughly 40% of a full season, thresholds for arbitration were applied with a 40% filter. Meanwhile, thresholds to advance for years were not affected. (It still takes 50 PA or 15 IP for pitchers to advance; 150 PA or 50 IP cumulative for 1’s to advance to 2’s)
I've applied the rollover to a copy of the master roster, which you can find below.
In other words, here are the new rules for 2021:
Hitters:
8-11 HR = $0.75
12-15 HR = $1.50
16-19 HR = $2.25
20+ HR = $3.00
36-39 RBI = $0.75
40-43 RBI = $1.50
44-47 RBI = $2.25
48+ RBI = $3.00
36-39 R = $0.75
40-43 R = $1.50
44-47 R = $2.25

I pulled the data from FG and the names of players from the master sheet for my code, and while the names on the master and from FG almost always match, there are a couple weird ones that don't, so there might be a couple I glossed over. Don’t worry about the salary numbers on your team pages. Those will be corrected over on the real master roster after I apply the changes.
