So the official IFA period begins for MLB. Guys who weren't signed already (anyone from the MLB top 30, BA top 50 are already gone) can sign. Guys who are eligible to be signed are those: - Have a deal in place with a team
- Are not currently signed
- Under 23
Unranked guys and their deals are harder to find, but I know MLB.com and twitter does keep track of it. Additionally, BA has International Previews up, as they preview each class of guys. You just need material evidence of a deal.
For instance, Oscar Colas isn't eligible to sign yet, because I've heard nothing about a deal. But again, if he does sign before the next period starts, he can be signed using the current cap.
You will still use the salary cap that was used for our IFA period a month back (Salary Cap tab, 2020 IFA Cap table).
