accept, i like all 3 of these sp specs and think all have potential to slot into a future rotation. however, may helps me this year and the next couple years which is my big window. i like his upside and am willing to consolidate some assets for him. good deal sox!

Wasn't expecting to deal May but the prospects I'm getting back are really intriguing. Pearson slots directly into my rotation and if not then in my bullpen. Killian imo has a higher ceiling then May and can slot into my rotation soon and Sikkema gives me some P depth. People might think I'm selling low on him but I like the overall package I'm getting. Good dealings.

Veto - the prospect names carry more weight than their actual value. May on the other hand actually has performed in the majors.

Veto - gonna have to agree with john here. Kilian's command backtracked big time in AAA. Usually wouldn't veto, but new owner, yada yada.

Veto as well. None of the guys Ahmed is getting are even... top 200 at best?  May is one of the best young pitching prospects in the game.

Also the guys he's getting in return aren't top guys anymore, their value has tailed off. And moving them when May is finally healthy seem beyond risky. The Royals didn't even protect Sikkema from the Rule V draft.
