Aight, I'm bringing back farm rankings (again), with quick blurbs on noticeable prospects. I won't be going as in depth as 3 years ago where I wrote 100,000 words.
I'll be using a 20/80 scale for ranking prospects, where 20 is MILB depth, and 80 is franchise player. The (xx/xx) score after each player denotes what I think a realistic floor/ceiling is for each player from a fantasy perspective.
I promise to finish this list this time. I don't promise to uphold this promise however.

30. Minnesota Twins 1) C Drew Millas - 40+ FV (40/50)
You know, I would like to apologize to Pat for not ranking anyone in this list last time. Millas has shockingly hit his way into a near debut in the majors, and the feel to hit leads a strong backup catcher profile, with a longshot at starting if the contact quality plays up.
Others of note: SP Gerardo Carillo, 1B Mason Martin, C Corey Collins, C Adan Sanchez, 3B Jeremiah Jackson, SP Seth Corry, OF Alexander Ramirez
All of these guys were fringe T150 guys at a time, but gaping flaws in hit (Martin, Jackson, Ramirez) or command/health(Corry, Carillo) have left them as realistically up/down guys in the bigs, with a chance 1 one of these guys breaks out into a good role player. Keep an eye out on Sanchez, who is a younger catcher with feel to hit but not much else.

29. Seattle Mariners
Best Prospect: SP - Adam Kloffenstein 40 FV (40/45)
Kloffenstein, or affectionately known as "Kloff" or "K-Drama-mama", was drafted out of HS with the expectation that his massive frame would lead to projection on his middling stuff, a possible frontline starter. Instead, he's never really developed that thump to wield elite stuff, was hit around a ton in the minors, and has finally adjusted, relying on his fastball/slider combo to get enough outs to project as a backend starter. Now in AAA with STL, expect him to start getting spots in 2024, and profiles best as a fringe #5 starter.
Sleeper Prospect: SS- Dylan O'Rae 40 FV (30/50)
O'rae is a slappy hitter that projects well on models, expecting to hit for a high average and run wild in the lower minors, and maturing into a solid utility guy, and maybe more if he gets some thump into his game.
I'm obligated to mention....
Carlos Monteverde OF, Juan Obispo OF, Junior Arias OF, Victor Mesa OF
Mesa projects well as a 4th OF - the rest are what I call "gas station scratch off tickets".
