Now I asked about this and got a different answer. So now I cannot extend him? That's my fault. When you DM'd me Bill about Flores, I was assuming he was on scale and not a FA in here. After checking he was a FA in here which makes him a FA forever and no IRL extensions can be accepted. Sorry for the confusion. |
