White Sox get:
Ivan Nova $.5 (2)
I accept. Although I lose a good, young pithcer, I still have Bumgarner and Bucholz and I gain more picks to help with rebuilding and I gain some cap room.

Pretty sure Nova is $.5m (2). I accept. Pretty simple deal here. I get my five pitcher, and he's a Yankee  He'll give me some wins and a decent ERA, and while he will have a high WHIP and not too many Ks, my other pitchers will pick up the slack there. He wanted an outfielder? He got an outfielder. He wanted picks? Voila, picks. He wanted money paid on an awful contract? He got it. |

peguero had 155 PA but only 143 AB so is actually $.3m (1) I believe. Look, Nova is a good pitcher, but could see him going down the hughes pathway (lots of wins but not the statistics to back it up) Peguero is not that good, the picks are low quality, 4 million isnt a ton. I'll approve, but Alex you need to understand this. you say "rebuilding". the phrase rebuilding is not neccesarily defined by a great farm. Ivan Nova is a great young pitcher but if you call rebuilding trading promising youngsters for slighty younger not as promising ones, good luck. Approve

I'll approve but definitely agree with Phils... This trade doesn't help Pads rebuild at all.

who found this new padres owner lol your making your team worse. why trade nova hes like 23 and had a great rooking seaon he was def in the top 5 for roty. the word rebuilding means taking older more experinced guys for cheaper young guys. i dont understand any of your moves either.
