I think the amnesty clause can work, but there have to he rules about it. Like a player must be in the 2nd year of their contract or beyond to have it used on or something along those lines.

Also you calling people out in general, how is that for the good of the league? if anything it gets the people your talking about upset, it cant do any good.

Once again though, this is the place to discuss the amnesty rule. Not the place for you and O's to argue with each other over unrelated issues. Let's please try to keep it civil.
