Not to be a bitch but I think some owners activity levels need to be reviewed. I pretty much never see them on chat, the most integral part of the league..Speaking specifically about 3 teams:
Twins
Indians
and what about Bryan's Mariners
Twins and Indians come on but never are in chat and in Twins case don't open PM's sometimes...
Just a suggestion and I'm sure Twins and Indians will get pissed but maybe they'll get on the chat because of it.
