Okay need Alex,Tigers or someone with LM Powers to make a new thread called ODC History or something like that gonna put records in it like best 2011 and 2012 gm, best trade by a gm, least amount of wins in league history, most wins in league history, first team to 500 wins, and all other stuff similar to this. So who ever has league powers please make a new thread under league wire called w/e you want dont neccesarily have to be ODC Histroy.
Also while were at everyone post a 2011 and 2012 trade that you think was the best made so I can make a new poll. Also give me 4-5 gm's to post for as the best 2011 gm.

We should also have a "Best Rookie GM" IMO.

I appreciate the votes but I honestly can't see how Wood doesn't deserve it. Coming into the year I was already supposed to be one of the top teams. He wasn't even supposed to contend for a playoff spot but was able to make some great moves and become one of the best teams in the league.

Yea i'd agree alex he might not have the overpowering overwhelming roster you have/had. But let us remember he even beat you out in the playoffs. Wood did 2 things very very well this past season. 1. He effectively managed his lineup to maximize the potential of every single player on the roster. 2. By being dedicated to his cause he was able to snatch up some of the better steals of the season and he made some wonderful moves. I've said this from the get go maybe he didnt have the scariest roster on paper but thats what makes this all the more impressive.
If 1 things for certain it's that no matter the roster you have to fear a team he's in charge of he's demonstrated beyond a doubt (HE WON THE WS LOL) that no matter the odds he can put something together at a moments notice and thats extremely deadly.

Haha Matt.
I'd give it to Wood this year for sure. Same reasons aforementioned by Alex.
