Obviously we would have to work on modifying some minor stuff, but a great idea. Nice idea Bryan.

You've had a ton of great ideas Bryan, but I'm not a fan of this one.

First and foremost, most of those guys don't spend a full year on their teams. That'd be too tough to figure out.

Second, I like having a hard cap, but this would change that. Anyway, it's way too tough to keep track of.

Also, some of those guys and achievements don't warrant money.

In addition, the voters are dumb anyway. They make awful decisions all the time.

I don't mean to be shooting down your idea so much, but I see too many flaws with this idea. I generally don't like the achievements-for-money ideas anyway.

A problem I could see with this is that while it helps the good teams get better, it makes it a lot more difficult for the bad teams to catch up. For example, the WS winning Rangers would have gotten nearly $5M extra from this which makes a pretty big difference when the lower teams most likely don't get any extra cap.
