Alright Boys,
Since the Storm has passed and everyone clearly wants this to move as fast as possible.We've decided to go with a 48 Hour Clock per pick.After said time you will be skipped and allowed to make up your pick whenever is convienent for you to jump in.
At 4:30 November 1st, The Tampa Bay Rays will be OTC with the #1 Pick.
Mike has brought it my attention that due to other rules involving guys making debuts and everything the only ones who will be eligible for drafting in the Rule 5 will be prospects who are still rookie eligible (They did not meet the requirements by MLB Standards which is 130 ABs and 50IP). So the only guys who have made their debut but are still eligble are prospects called up on September 1st or after. An Example of this situation would be Stephen Pryor who made his debut in June.Therefor he shall not be eligible for selection in this draft.

After Speaking with Alex we feel its best that if SF has not returned by around this time tommarow to make a pick i will be APing the #10 slot. As everyone is aware we are running with no clock but this is a special circumstance due to SF having quit multiple other leagues I've even taken over 1 of his teams. So due to the special factors involved and the fact it's been a week already he will be AP'd.
This is a 1 time circumstance and we will still be with no clock moving forward but do try to make your picks in a timely fashion

This kid is pretty young with alot of upside to him commands the ball extremely well for his age. The most impressive thing to me when deciding was 19BB in 121 IP thats like Cliff Lee Type Control.

After discussing this over and over again with Mike. We feel that LAD not only has not been around in quite some time but other factors have forced our hand to continue the draft. For this reasoning without a clock I will be APing LAD #11 Pick as of right now.
