think your wrong there the Indians have gotten better and still have cash, White Sox and Royals will do around same but Royals shall improve. Twins have gotten worse which means more wins for the other teams. Finally while the Tigers have taken a dip in talent they are still not a bad and with 30 mil should easily get around 130-145 wins

percentage was just the odds I gave teams based on my predicaments. I could have gave more realistic percentages but would have taken forever to calculate it up.
