Some general rules...
-The draft order of the 1st round will be the inverse of the final 2013 standings. -Teams will have 24 hours to make picks. If you don't pick within this time you will be skipped. -If you still haven't picked within 72 hours, you will be auto-picked for. -The players eligible to be picked in the Rule V draft are unowned prospects. This includes unsigned IFA prospects left over from the summer signing period. -If you draft an ineligible player, you will lose your pick. You can check if a prospect is unowned by searching the master roster. A Proboards search can also be helpful. If you still cannot determine whether or not a player is owned, please check with myself, Jimmy, Mike, or Bill. -Rule V picks may not be traded this season.

I really don't think we should be Auto-picking for people...they can't pick for themselves they are don't deserve a prospect. IMO it's worse than picking someone already owned. Rewarding laziness. Also is this still a snake draft?

Yes, the 2nd round will snake.
And I don't really view auto-picking as rewarding them, they still get a worse prospect than they otherwise would have. It's more in the interest of making sure that people's teams are well-maintained. A bad owner will eventually be removed from the league anyway, and we don't always need to have them leave behind terrible teams (Braves, Mariners, etc). I'm fine making the auto-pick time later (end of the round?) if people would prefer that.

I think people that don't pick shouldn't get anyone. Why reward people for doing nothing. Also they may not want extra specs as they may cost money.
Frankly people not involved either by drafting or trading their picks show their not active owners.
