Simply to make my life a bit easier. You will no longer be allowed to just post 2-3+ guys at once. There will be a 5 Minute waiting period before you can post the next guy.
When the players are all too close in time, it makes it a little harder for me to determine which one finished first and all. This way it's simple and easy and quick. And it doesn't really change anything from your guys perspective.
