I think it is time that we should add 1-2 league managers back to the league and someone not in school. The two league managers we have are very solid but while in school lack activity. Also the lack to replace owners in a timely manner. It should never take 3-4 weeks to replace owners like Ben and even other owners in the past Andrew, old yankees, and others were given way to much time. Adding someone like Wood and Greg with league manager powers to replace owners and make other such decisions will add to the league. Not only activity wise but also rulings on things that need quick decisions.
Certain things I can point out other than replacing owners that Alex and Michael have not done for the league. Is the 2014 schedule it still has not been done and many teams have a unfair advantage to make the playoffs over others. Then failing to reply to pms that members have sent days ago on important matters is quite a mistake and is another BIG reason why we need more league managers.
Everyone leave your input on what you think and we need to find someone in American League to finish the schedule to make it a sorta fair season not only for teams to make the standings but also for teams trying to get number 1 pick in the MLB Amateur Draft.

Yeah, waiting this long for something when others are very active and are punished for others inactivity does sound like it could be fixed.

In my experience, it's best to have committed LM's involved as long as they want. Have a conversation with them if they aren't completely fulfilling what needs to be done. People go through phases in life when they're very active, and there are other times when it's difficult to get on, on a regular basis. This seems like a really active league with a lot of participants willing to help out. I would think someone could present a schedule or whatever needs to be done to a LM for them to approve, and that might be an easier solution that booting dedicated members. Ultimately, it appears that there are tasks that do need to be done, so if they're aware and just aren't doing it, then I recommend the suggestion. If it's that they just dont have the time, I think we should work to find another solution.
