I don't think that this guy is eligible for a waiver claim. He hasn't had an MLB at bat since 2011.

I think Sanders and Wood are correct, but Sanders, why waste a waiver claim on this guy? He's a 30 year old who is performing mediocre in AAA lol and has had no previous MLB success (or experience other than a handful of ABs).
