The following list will not be finalized until the end of the MLB regular season. Right now, here are the following players who qualify for free agency compensation.
Here are FA compensation rules:

SP Rick Porcello CWS (#42 SP) 5.80
SP Hiroki Kuroda WAS (#45 SP) 5.72
A note about SP/RP - these numbers may seem to be off, but I didn't double-count SP and RP on Player Rater. For example, Wade Davis is a RP, so I removed him from the top 45 SP rankings.
So, the compensation rounds will go like this:
After Round 1:
DET
traded to MINCHC
CHC
After Round 2:
CLE
DET
PIT
CHC
CWS
PIT
MIN
CWS
PIT
MIN
CWS
WAS
Of course, some contracts will be picked up which results in an automatic forfeit of the compensation pick. In addition, if the team re-signs its player, the compensation pick is forfeited. Therefore, the second compensation round will not be quite as large as it appears now.
If there are any corrections that need to be made, let me know.
