Lets hear them or we can keep it the same.
Some ideas: You claim them, you get them.
The current one of claiming and picks numbers.

The team that has the worst record, out of all the claims submitted. Then, they are put down to the bottom of the waiver order.

^no. If I claim a guy who nobody owns the last place person shouldnt automatically get them. The title of the thing was misleading. I renamed it.

I think the person that claimed someone should have a huge advantage to the player that they claim. I mean I am close to the idea that the person that claimed them should just get them. No reason to let the last place team get a player just for being in last. If the last place team is the finder, that's a different story.
I think that we should do something where the claimer gets 50% of the chances to win.
then we can come up with a system. lets say for our example team royals claim/find. then 5 other teams put in a claim.
put the 5 other teams in order of record
worst team then getting 5 chances, then 4, then 3, then 2, then 1. so the other 5 claiming teams get 15 chances when you add them up.
then the claimer would get 15 chances and have a random number generator from 1-30 to find the winner.
1-15 claimer wins 16-20 worst team 21-24 2ND WORST 25 - 27 3rd worst 28-29 4th worst 30 5th worst
this is just an idea that can be changed, but just a quick frame work

Thats a good idea. I also agree the person who finds the guy should have a greater advantage somehow.

I'm fine with the claimer having an advantage, but for them to have a 50% advantage is a bit overkill. Maybe like 30% for the claimer.

I also think some type of draft is good to. There are few people not on any teams.
I think that putting players on their parent team is a bad idea. 1) there's too many players. 2) no one reason to award people that don't research.

I don't know how that'll go down yet though.
