Washington Nationals said before IFA started they were going to land Cuban outfielder Yoenis Cespedes and Yu Darvish in IFA.
They landedu Darvish earlier today and they waited pretty much till the last minute to outbid their division rival Miami Marlins on Yoenis Cespedes. They are currently winning Yoenis Cespedes bidding at 25.5.
Nationals GM said their is a reason for waiting till the last min to bid but said he will leave yall to figure it out.
