Rule Change: Minimum Weekly AB (or PA) Count

Pretty self-explanatory here. There's a weekly IP minimum so that a team can't automatically win all the rate stats with one relief inning with a strikeout. Therefore, an AB or PA min makes sense so that teams can't win all the rate stats by going 1-for-1 with a home run.


This seems quite early enough of a rule change to take effect for this coming 2017 season. I'd propose a 15 or 20 AB/PA min per week but that's up to discussion.

It looks like most people want a AB/PA minimum and I'm in agreement with that. Not sure why we didn't have one earlier and it's really easy to implement too (assuming ESPN has the option)
